Moringa Guacamole

We love adding a dash of Moringa to guacamole to give it an extra superfood boost. Serve with tortilla chips or with Cruzan bean stew and rice.
Ingredients
Organic Moringa Powder . . . . . 3 tsp Avocados . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .3 medium Red Onion . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 small Cherry Tomatoes . . . . . . . . . . . 1 handful Fresh Coriander . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 handful Extra Virgin Olive Oil . . . . . . . . 1 dash Juice of a Lime . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 medium Salt . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 pinch Pepper . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 pinch Paprika . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 pinch Dried Oregano . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 pinch
Step-by-step
Step 1. Halve, stone and roughly chop the avocados.
Step 2. Leave a handful of roughly chopped avocados aside.
Step 3. Add the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl and use a fork to mash everything together well.
Step 4. Add the remaining avocado and stir gently to combine. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and sprinkle with extra chopped coriander.
Step 5. Enjoy!
